Once tied, you can hang upside down on the drying net. This allows them to dry more effectively, as air can circulate on all sides of the herbs.
Find a Good Spot — Next, you need to find a good spot to hang your drying net. Find a place that has air circulation and sunlight. You can definitely put the drying net in the sun or in a room with good ventilation. Just don’t put it near a window because excess sunlight will fade the vibrant colors of your herbs.
Besides keeping herbs and spices fresh, drying them helps us waste less. No need to waste herbs that spoil we can enjoy them year round!
